We need your support to make this year’s gathering exceptional. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps create a day filled with joy, community spirit, and lasting memories. Owing to increased living and food expenses, the total cost of the picnic would be approximately $10,000.

• Tangy Crunchy Samosa Chaat – $750

• Masala Chai & Maska Biscuits – $450

• Dinner Feast (Veg & Non-Veg) - Approximate Cost: $5,000

• Chilled Royal Falooda – $700

• Juice Boxes (for kids) – $100

• Water (40 x 500 mL) – 25 packs - $150

• Disposable Cutlery, Plates & Napkins – $350

• Park Reservation with Shelter – $1,000

• Tent, Table & Chair Rental – $650

Volunteers Needed:

MGSOC is thrilled to invite our high schoolers to take part in exciting Samaj activities! We’re on the lookout for passionate young volunteers — a fantastic opportunity for your children to get involved, make a difference, and truly shine in our lively community!

Please Note:

It is the responsibility of your child to bring the volunteer form from school. MGSOC is not obligated to supply the form. You can go to Bhaumik Modi, our president, at the end of the day to get your hours signed.

Important!

After you register, you will receive your e-tickets via email. Please bring these e-tickets to the picnic for supper. Keeping them on your phone will help you get through the queue faster. Registered members will be prioritized in the supper line over those who arrive without registering. The picnic is open to all MGSOC members!
