Tickets will become available through the MGSOC website at 8:00 PM sharp on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

✅ Registration is for ticket purchases only

 ❌ Table reservations will NOT be assigned during ticket sales.

An email containing the registration link will also be sent when registration opens.

⚠️ MGSOC Website (Wix) Notice:

You may see 7:59 PM displayed on the event page. This is normal and is due to the way the Wix registration system processes opening times. The event will still open at 8:00 PM sharp. If you see 7:59 PM, don't worry. Simply refresh your browser at 8:00 PM and proceed with your ticket purchase.

To provide a fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone, MGSOC will be using an online ticketing and table reservation process.

✅ Better opportunities for families and friends to sit together

✅ Seating assignments completed before the event

 📢 Important Registration Information

🚨Please make sure your MGSOC website login is active and working before registration opens. This will help ensure a smooth and timely ticket purchase experience on registration day.

✅ We encourage all members to log in to their MGSOC account at mgsoc.ca before September 18, 2026, to verify their username and password.

✅ Having both your MGSOC login credentials and credit card ready before registration opens will help make your purchase process as smooth as possible.

  • Seating chair is NOT included with free admission.

  • If a seat is required, please purchase a ticket for your child.

   

Please Note:

•  Tickets are non-refundable.

• The banquet hall charges are based on the number of seats reserved, rather than the number of guests, in accordance with the venue's policy.

• To help make this event more accessible and affordable for families, MGSOC is proudly subsidizing ticket costs for both children and adults.

Step 1: Purchase Your Tickets

Tickets will be available through the MGSOC website (WIX).

• Purchasing a ticket confirms your attendance.

• No table or seat selection occurs at the time of purchase.

• Maximum 10 tickets per order.

• Tickets may be purchased while seats remain available.

• All MGSOC members will be notified in advance when ticket sales open, ensuring everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to purchase tickets. Table selection priority is based on ticket purchase time, so earlier purchases receive earlier seating selection opportunities.

🚨 Important: Registration alone does not confirm attendance.

👉 Only a completed ticket purchase guarantees your place at the event.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Planning to Sit Together?

• If sitting together is important, families and groups are strongly encouraged to have one person purchase tickets for the entire group (up to 10 tickets per order).

  
  

• Table selection priority is based on the ticket purchase timestamp recorded on the MGSOC site (WIX).

  Groups that purchase tickets together will have the best opportunity to select seating together.

  
  

• If tickets are purchased separately, seating together or at nearby tables cannot be guaranteed. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, seating at the same or nearby tables may not be possible.

  
  

• Attending on your own? No worries. You can purchase your ticket individually and select your preferred seat during the seating process.

Step 2: Table Selection

Approximately one week before the Navratri event, MGSOC will host a Zoom session for table selection.

• Only ticket holders who purchased before the session will receive a Zoom invitation.

• Table selection order will be based solely on ticket purchase time.

• Earlier purchases receive earlier table selection opportunities.

Selection Rules

• If you select a table when your turn is called, you keep your original priority.

• If you choose to wait for family members or friends who purchased separately, you may do so.

• Attendees who voluntarily skip their turn will select from the remaining available tables when they are ready.

• Original priority cannot be restored after a turn is skipped.

After the Table Selection Session

MGSOC will:

• Finalize seating assignments

• Confirm table numbers

• Share table information with attendees before the event

This allows everyone to know their assigned table before arriving at the venue.

Tickets Purchased After Table Selection & Navratri Event Registration

If seats remain available, ticket sales will continue until the Diwali event.

Tickets may be purchased online, at the Diwali registration booth during the Navratri event, or by contacting MGSOC.

Please Note:

• Attendees who purchase tickets after the Zoom table selection session will be assigned from the remaining available seats and tables.

• On-site registration will be available during the Navratri event if seats remain available.

• Remaining tables and seats will be displayed, and committee members will assist with seating assignments.

• Seating for late registrations and walk-in attendees will be assigned based on availability.

• If seats are still available after the Navratri event, ticket sales will continue until capacity is reached.

  
  

📞 If you miss the initial registration period, don't hesitate to contact us or purchase your tickets online. As long as seats remain available, ticket sales will remain open until the Diwali event.

Fairness Commitment

MGSOC will administer seating based on the ticket purchase timestamp recorded in WIX. The same process and rules will apply to all attendees including committee members to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent experience for everyone.
