Diwali table reservations start at 5:30 PM at Save Max Sports Centre on September 28th. Therefore, Garba will kick off at 7:00 PM.

Dear Samaj Members;

In response to our esteemed members’ input on the venue change for Diwali 2024, the committee is fervently seeking a resolution. Your request has been fulfilled. MGSOC exists because of each and every one of you. Our aim is to foster community unity, which is at the heart of MGSOC’s endeavors. The excitement for the forthcoming Diwali Party 2024 has been extraordinary. We cherish your continued support and the confidence you place in our committee to create incredible yearly events. You can be certain that this year’s festivities will be equally unforgettable. Get ready for the excitement!

Ticket Price:

• Adults and children over the age of 11 years --> $50 per person

• Ages 5 - 10 years --> $25 per person (Identification is required)

• Ages 0 - 4 years - FREE (NO SEATING CHAIR will be provided by banquet hall and identification is required.  If your child needs a seat, you MUST purchase a ticket. This is the most banquet hall’s rule, not MGSOC’s.)

Please note:

MGSOC members will be able to reserve their preferred Diwali table/seats(*) at the Navratri event after completing this form online and e-transferring the payment to secure the reservation by Sept 30th.

***WITHOUT PAYMENT, YOUR TABLE WILL NOT BE SECURED EVEN IF YOU HAVE MADE A RESERVATION***

**Overall, you will pay for the Diwali event online before September 22nd to secure your reservation and you will select your preferred table* at the Navratri event on a first come, first serve basis.

To be fair to all MGSOC members, ONLY ONE PERSON CAN BOOK ONE DIWALI TABLE* at the Navratri event. Please plan ahead of time if you book MORE than one table.

(*Table location is subject to change based on the number of attendees for the Diwali event in order to avoid disappointment and, if possible, accommodate every MGSOC member).

Once you receive the table number, it is your responsibility to let know other members which group table number they are assigned to.
